Anastasia & Stefan

The day before Nastya and Stefan’s wedding, our wedding agency held a party on a boat in the Bavarian-Russian style. The couple wanted to immerse the guests in the cultures and national peculiarities of the countries where they come from. A motor ship was chosen as the location for the traditional revelry, which took the guests on a trip along the Moscow River.

We divided the space of the motor ship into two traditional parts. For the «Russian part» we have prepared:

themed table with traditional Russian snacks (pickles, salo with black bread, Russian salad, red and black caviar, pancakes, desserts in the style of a Russian doll)
samovar and service for traditional tea drinking
ice vodka
poufs from haystacks and colorful Russian scarves as seats

There was also a Russian traditional loaf of bread prepared by the bride’s parents, such a tradition we could not miss for sure!

In the «Bavarian part» there were:

kegs with the best German beer
traditional Oktoberfest mugs for beer
traditional treats (sausages, pretzels, schnitzels)
a suitcase with various pieces (flags, glasses, tablecloths) which were brought straight from Germany to decorate the space
and for the guests’ seating area, we put wooden long tables and benches like at the famous traditional festival

The special atmosphere was created by the dress code for the guests: Russian-Bavarian national outfits! The guests were all for this idea of the newlyweds and everyone had a blast!

Loud music, the clink of glasses, laughter, songs and dances! A colorful bouquet of the party wrapped up with the view on incredible city sights. There you have it: traditional festivities and the grandiosity of our abilities!
