Ksenia & Erol - BMWedding

Already at the first meeting Ksenia and Erol told us that they would like to get married in one of the Moscow’s hotels. Our wedding agency supported the couple in this decision, as planning a wedding in a hotel is all about utmost comfort. Morning gatherings, a photo shoot, ceremony and banquet – all in one place without unnecessary relocations. After doing a quick preview, we settled on the Movenpick Hotel: a stylish hotel with amazing food and service.

Almost the entire wedding was planned remotely. The couple simply trusted us in all matters, which was very valuable for us. Most of the time Erol was away working in Turkey, and Ksenia and us were slowly assembling, like a puzzle, their perfect wedding day!

Half of the guests were invited to the wedding from Turkey and Germany, so we needed to prepare a program in two languages: Russian and English. We surprised foreign guests with an interactive program with elements of Russian culture, and for competitions we gave Russian dolls as a gift. The guests were pleased!

The bride had a dream – to have wedding decorations with an emphasis on blue. Our wedding agency decided to use stunning flowers with a beautiful name – delphiniums. To get away from the rustic style, we added elegant lisianthus and snow-white roses to the design. The hall was simply transformed beyond recognition!

The ceremony area was designed in the matching style; due to the transparent racks, the flowers seemed to float in the air!
