The Couple’s Story and How the Concept Was Born

When Dana and Arseniy reached out to us, they came with a clear request:

“We want a conceptual wedding. Something unconventional. Something that feels like us.”

Both lead incredibly active lifestyles — sports, skiing, travel, food and music festivals. Their circle consists of creative entrepreneurs with bold, curious minds. They dislike artificial luxury; they value authenticity, style, and emotional depth.

It quickly became clear: their celebration needed to be a unique wedding concept, one that expressed freedom, character, and movement.

That’s when the idea emerged — a cowboy ranch-style wedding, bold, stylish, and truly unexpected for the Moscow region. This unusual wedding concept aligned perfectly with their spirit.

The Venue — Pirogovo Yacht Club

For this conceptual wedding, we chose the exclusive, members-only Pirogovo Yacht Club and fully privatized the entire area for the celebration.

The newly opened restaurant added a sense of freshness and luxury.

To immerse guests in the wedding concept from the very beginning, we created:

The guests began preparing as though they were attending a high-end festival — more on that below.

The Groom’s Morning — A Premium Contrast

Arseniy wanted an unconventional groom’s morning, and we crafted exactly that: preparations took place in a Four Seasons suite with a panoramic view of Red Square. The contrast between cowboy aesthetics and Moscow’s historic skyline looked exceptionally striking.

In the suite: cowboy boots, hats, beer, and blini with black caviar — a visual moodboard of luxury meets rebellion.

After the preparations, the men boarded a yacht and headed to Pirogovo. On another yacht, the bride’s team made their way to the venue as well.

The couple’s first look happened right on the water — cinematic and unforgettable.

The Bride’s Look — Ranch Style Instead of Tradition

Dana chose a bold, non-traditional bridal look, completely abandoning the classic wedding dress.

Her outfit included:

Her look perfectly embodied the unconventional ranch-style wedding aesthetic.

Welcome — A Festival-Inspired Ranch Experience

The welcome zone was designed as a mini western festival:

Guests immediately felt the atmosphere of a non-traditional, free-spirited wedding, full of playfulness and movement.

Guests & Dress Code — A High-Fashion Ranch Festival

We dedicated a full section to the dress code because it became a significant part of the wedding concept.

Every guest created their own western-inspired outfit, and all major cowboy fashion styles were represented:

Guests hired stylists, customized denim and leather jackets, added fringe, embroidery, and accessories — as if they were heading to an upscale American festival.

It was one of the strongest, most visually cohesive dress codes we’ve ever seen.

The Ceremony — Freedom, Motion, and a True Western Moment

The ceremony took place by the water, framed by hay bales and autumn-toned florals — the perfect backdrop for a ranch-style wedding.

Guests cheered every moment.

At the finale, instead of rose petals, everyone tossed their cowboy hats into the air — a symbol of freedom and pure joy.

Wedding Dinner — Two Spaces & a Culinary Festival

The dinner unfolded simultaneously indoors and on the open-air terrace — an ideal format for a non-traditional conceptual wedding. Guests moved freely, socialized, danced, and never stayed seated for long.

Food stations on the terrace featured:

It felt like a vibrant, indulgent food festival.

Entertainment — Unexpected and Unforgettable

The biggest surprise of the evening was a live performance by Band’Eros — the dance floor ignited instantly.

A close friend of the groom, a rapper and vocalist, performed as well, adding a warm, intimate touch.

Finale — A Rustic Berry Tart and Dancing Until Close

Instead of a traditional wedding cake, we chose a simple yet stylish option — a massive berry tart in ranch aesthetics.

Guests danced until the venue closed, swapping hats, laughing, and creating the feeling of a true celebration of freedom. It became one of the most creative, conceptual, and stylish weddings of the season.
